PWRDF
Join our team, the “Cathedral Crusaders”, Last year, we raised over $3,500 to help PWRDF On Saturday, September 24th, the Cathedral Crusaders will walk the Waterfront Trail at Bayfront Park. Do you have a passion for cycling, walking, hiking, knitting, canoeing? No matter what your favourite activity, join our team by putting your stamp on it with your creative participation. For example, our Prayer Shawl knitting group has joined the “Cathedral Crusaders” and will be knitting/crocheting winter hats for the needy to raise funds. “Your CREATIVITY and GENEROSITY will ensure we meet our goal!” Here’s how some others are creatively raising funds: Click here to join the “Cathedral Crusaders” team or to donate! For more information on the “Wild Ride”, please contact Louise van Woelderen, your Parish PWRDF Representative, at louise.vanwoelderen@gmail.com or 905-387-1820. As always, thank you for your continued prayers and support of PWRDF and its partners. |
THE GENEROSITY TEAMThank You! Sometimes we are made aware of elements of our parish life that are particularly meaningful to those who access them. We recently received a letter, accompanied by a generous donation, which read in part: “I am grateful for the opportunity to attend your services Sunday mornings via YouTube. I have been attending your online services for 4 months from the safety of home. Your newsletters have been welcomed. I have been a member of another Anglican parish for 32 years. Your online services are truly appreciated during this uncertain time of the pandemic.” Thank you to all of those who have worked so hard to support our online presence, particularly over the course of the pandemic. Your efforts have been widely appreciated! |
